We believe that the design of private houses should return to life itself. The building begins with the needs of living, and the needs of the occupants are the fundamental elements of creating a home. Through split-level spaces and courtyards, the interiors are interconnected, allowing occupants to feel each other’s presence even when in different parts of the house. At the same time, the design also responds to the possibilities of living at an urban scale.
This residence is part of a multi-detached housing development in Bamboo Bay, Coloane. The building is a four-storey sea-view villa that offers expansive vistas of the ocean and the serene, lush forest landscape. Situated near Bamboo Bay Beach and in close proximity to the Cotai Strip, the villa harmonises natural beauty with urban convenience.
